Mr. Magichead's Deluxe Two Hour Birthday Party begins with a cocktail party vibe in our Art Room where  children are greeted at the door by a costumed hostess offering champagne flutes of sparkling cider.

Inside our mini art gallery they will find jazz playing in the background while another costumed hostess circulates with (kid's) hors d'ouvres.

With a nod to the surrounding artist & photography studios in the building, the fun begins with a simple art/photography activity. Each youngster is photographed with the birthday person in our hilarious photo-op station, and is given a frame to decorate while the pictures are being printed.  Assemble the photo & frame and presto, a unique souvenir of the event for your young guests to take home.

The 20-25 min. cocktail/craft project is followed by the main attraction in the Showroom (with deluxe children's seating!) from long time veteran of upscale birthday parties across New England, Mr. Magichead...50 solid minutes of world-class hilarity & amazement aimed squarely at ages 4-9 featuring a live rabbit appearing in an empty hat! The show is followed by bunny petting & photo opportunities w/ Lulu & Mr. Magichead.

After bunny petting it's cake time!  We move to the Ball Room to sing Happy Birthday on a custom 12 foot kid-sized banquet table with complete place settings for 18 children and complimentary Hoodsie® Cups.

The two hour parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays anytime after 11:30 and the space is provided free to anyone booking Mr. Magichead's Deluxe Two Hour Birthday Party.

Mid-week parties available by appointment.

What is included:

Two local high school student/costumed hostesses, one of whom runs the art/photo activity while the other serves food & bev, and they both serve/assist during the cake & ice cream portion of the party.

Sparkling cider served in champagne glasses (BPA-free SAN plastic) and kids finger food including pizza delivered from Christo's, Minuteman Kettle Corn, and fresh-fruit skewers.

The art project includes a printed photograph of each child with the guest-of-honor, a cardboard frame and assorted art supplies for decorating the frame.

A fifty (50) minute children's magic act with live rabbit by Mr. Magichead.  Seating for 27 people (maximum of 15 adults) in showroom.

After-show bunny petting and photo opportunity with Mr. Magichead & Lulu.

A 12 foot long kid-sized table & benches in The Ballroom with place settings for a maximum of 18 children including plate, flatware, cup and napkin.  Also available for use are a refrigerator/freezer, cake servers, and plates, cups, napkins and flatware for 18 adults. Food and beverage to be provided by client except for aforementioned kids finger food, sparkling cider and Hoodsie Cups.

Please note.  The School of Magic is located on the second floor, and is not wheelchair accessible.  The building has a freight elevator which is not always available.

Please note:  With limited space and two hostesses running a tightly organized event, we don't mind drop-offs.
